MRR Management

MRR Management is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator. This is an ideal role for an experienced maintenance worker who wants more flexibility, independence, and leadership.

The schedule is flexible, but applicants must be available M-F, and at least on-call on Saturday mornings/afternoons.

The Maintenance Coordinator is primarily responsible for checking our tenant portal for maintenance requests and coordinating services between our staff and tenants.

Other duties include: driving to work sites to grant access to our technicians; performing some basic maintenance work yourself; communicating issues to the owner of the company; keeping a log of services performed each week.

Due to the nature of this position, applicants must pass a background check.
