ESC is pleased to feature BAMSI in our client spotlight series!

At its core, BAMSI https://www.bamsi.org/ building connections with people and services. A key component of BAMSI’s philosophy is helping the people we serve build supportive relationships with peers, neighbors, and friends in the community. It’s the people we surround ourselves with that most impact our quality of life and give us the inspiration to follow our passions.

In 2025, BAMSI chose ESC to consult on process mapping; and in 2024, to develop and deliver professional development workshops. We are grateful for these opportunities!

🌟 ESC Client Spotlight: Beacon Hill Village 🌟

ESC is pleased to continue our client spotlight series!

Beacon Hill Village https://www.beaconhillvillage.org/, is a pioneer of the "Village" concept. Beacon Hill Village has been redefining aging in downtown Boston for over two decades. Representing a member-led community of active, creative and independent adults aged 50 and older who connect with and care for one another through an array of support services, social and wellness programs, cultural, and educational activities and excursions.

In 2024, Beacon Hill Village chose ESC to consult on development strategies. We are grateful for the opportunity!

🌟 ESC Client Spotlight: METCO 🌟

ESC is pleased to continue our client spotlight series!

METCO https://metcoinc.org/, the Metropolitan Council for Educational Opportunity, was co-founded in 1966 by Ruth Batson, a tireless advocate for racial equality, and Dr. Leon Trilling, who was chair of the Brookline School Committee.

Per a report published on METCO's website, dated January 2024, "When compared with their Boston peers, METCO students outperform in: MCAS scores, graduation rates, college admission rates, employment and income rates..."

In 2023, METCO chose ESC for strategic planning consulting services. ESC is grateful to be part of METCO's venerable journey.
