The Space X Falcon 9 rocket launch last month - seeing this in person was incredible! This one took 4 NASA astronauts to the International Space Station. The way the boosters re-entered space so quietly and gracefully was such a contrast to the drama of the liftoff.

So exciting to watch the official launch of Artemis II last night!

Artemis II was getting finishing touches when I visited the Kennedy Space Center last month. I love watching thousands working together towards a common aspiration - living on the moon.

At Saturday's ICE OUT Everywhere rally, Snowy Boston stood in solidarity with Minneapolis and countrywide protestors. Everyone bundled up in all the winter gear, there was so much determination, kinship, and historical legacy at Liberty Square.
Still so many walls - but people resolutely building bridges and connecting the dots to their convictions, each other, and the political process.

So happy to be part of 's exhibit, Loom in Essence, opening today at ! Along with tapestries, wearable art, and home decor for sale, the exhibit features a special installation of ori-ori (woven/folded) cranes made by studio members in memory of those lost to covid. This installation is based on the Japanese custom of folding paper origami cranes to wish for peace and healing; with the collective creative energy of our art, we wish for a path towards healing from this virus.
