Sitters for Scholars is a sunsetting mission-aligned nonprofit partner organization that has supported parent scholars with child care services for the past 10 years.

Last weekend, the JP Boston community gathered for our annual Back to School celebration. More than 50 moms, kids, and college partners came together at the Boston Nature Center for an afternoon of food, games, and connection. Thanks to an incredibly generous donations from Backpacks for New Beginnings, we were able to provide a brand new back full of school supplies to every JP child. We are grateful to our partners at Quincy College, Roxbury Community College, and Urban College Boston for joining us and providing our moms with information about their schools! It was a great way to get ready for a new school year!
