ACTk9 is a full service dog training facility independently owned and operated by advanced K9 trainer and international competitor John Horan.
John started training professionally in 1984 when he bought his first German Shepherd, Kaiser, from Olympia Kennels. Soon after he started training with the owner of Olympia, Mike Pinksten. In 1992, John began to compete in the sport of Schutzhund and has traveled all over the USA training with the elite. John has been competing in local, regional and national events and his goal for this Schutzhund season is making the USA World Team. John resides in Spencer, MA with his wife, Kelli, son Johnny and their three dogs.

I haven't been doing a lot of training jobs lately but when someone reaches out and asks for help.... especially this time of year.... you do what you can to help. Here's a boy and his dog at the Supermarket. The smile says it all!! Merry Christmas!!
