We are excited to welcome Sara Bornstein, Ph.D. to Serlin Haley as our new Legislative Technologist.

Sara joins our research team with an exceptional blend of academic rigor and technical expertise. She recently earned her Ph.D. in Political Science and Research Methodology from The George Washington University, where her work focused on American politics, local government, and survey research. She also holds degrees in political science and public relations from Hofstra University.

In this role, Sara will help us continue to strengthen the tools, systems, and analytical capabilities that support our 50-state practice. Her unique ability to bridge legislative research and technology will enhance the insights and service we provide to clients across the country.
