Nearly 20 years ago, a community in California's San Joaquin Valley built a performing arts center designed to bring people together through live performance.
The Gallo Center for the Arts has been doing exactly that since 2007, presenting concerts, Broadway, comedy, family entertainment and community performances across two theaters in downtown Modesto. Now, as the Center develops its 2027-2031 strategic plan, the focus is on deepening the relationships that make that mission work.
We're partnering with the Gallo Center to help its team see beyond the original ticket buyer to the people who actually attend. Through our Tessitura integration, attendee information and ticket activity connect to audience records as tickets are sold, shared, reshared, resold and scanned, giving the Center a more complete picture of patron engagement across Modesto, Stanislaus County and the San Joaquin Valley.
"Bringing art and community together has always been at the heart of the Gallo Center's mission," said Al Poulus, Interim Chief Executive Officer. "True Tickets will help us provide an easy, secure experience for our patrons while giving us a clearer understanding of the people who experience our programming."
Welcome to True Tickets, Gallo Center for the Arts.

Not every revealed attendee is new to your database.
A CRM match occurs when someone accepts a shared ticket or purchases a resold ticket and that activity matches a person already in your CRM. The result is attendance information you might not otherwise have captured.
Someone who appeared to be an infrequent attendee may be engaging more often than you realized. Someone who appeared lapsed may have recently returned.
New-to-file patrons grow your list. CRM matches correct your list.
Together, they give you a more accurate view of engagement and a stronger foundation for segmentation, follow-up and lasting audience relationships.

: The value of digital ticketing can extend well beyond a more convenient patron experience.
Greater visibility into ticket activity can help identify problematic broker behavior, reveal who is actually attending and turn that information into stronger audience data.
