🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for an LLM Engineer to design and build production-grade RAG systems with intelligent memory, enabling reliable and context-aware AI solutions across complex technical and operational data.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• Design and build multi-stage RAG pipelines with chunking, hybrid search, reranking, and retrieval optimization.
• Develop short-term, long-term, and episodic memory for stateful, multi-turn AI interactions.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data including ELN, LIMS, batch records, and regulatory documents.
• Improve retrieval accuracy, response quality, and hallucination reduction through systematic evaluations.
• Work with LangChain/LlamaIndex and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in embeddings, semantic search, and LLM-based systems.
• 3–6 years of Software/ML Engineering experience, including 1–2 years working with production LLM systems.
• Strong understanding of RAG, dense/sparse retrieval (BM25), hybrid search, and RAG evaluation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

⭐ Nice to Have
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs or agentic AI.
• Experience with multimodal AI or regulated/compliance-sensitive environments.
