๐ŸŒ The Global Goals expire in 2030. What comes next? We think young people should help decide. That's why 50 young people and 50 thought leaders will gather in Delhi, India, this November for World Youth for Action.

Together, the group will develop a white paper of youth-led recommendationsโ€”co-signed by leading youth-serving organizationsโ€”to be presented to the UN in March 2027. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ณ

๐ŸŽ๏ธ AI adoption is accelerating across Asia Pacific. But is youth work readiness keeping pace? ๐Ÿ“ˆ

A new report from JA Asia Pacific, the JA Institute, and Ecosystm calls for coordinated action to ensure Asia Pacificโ€™s workforce is prepared for an AI-enabled future. Workforce Blueprint for AI finds that preparing for an AI-enabled future requires more than proficiency with specific tools. As technologies and roles continue to change, durable skills such as critical thinking, creativity, judgment, adaptability, collaboration, and problem solving will become even more important.

Home to 700 million young people, Asia Pacific has an opportunity to help shape the future of AI and work. ๐ŸŒ Preparing the regionโ€™s workforce for an AI-enabled future requires coordinated action to close readiness gaps, strengthen education and training systems, and ensure young people participate in decisions about how AI is developed and used.

๐Ÿ”— Explore the findings and recommendations in Workforce Blueprint for AI at ja.institute/ideas-papers.
