🧠 May is Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) Awareness Month. 🩶 I’ve been seeing a psychologist and a psychiatrist since 2005 for my anxiety and depression diagnoses. But just 4 months ago, I was diagnosed with BPD.

🧠 Mayo es el mes de concientización del diagnóstico de Trastorno de Personalidad Limítrofe (TPL). 🩶 Desde el 2005 voy al psicólogo y psiquiatra por mis diagnósticos de ansiedad y depresión. Pero hace apenas 4 meses fui diagnosticada con TPL.
