I love this shift. Even though we are headed for darker nights my inner hobbit is excited for the seasonal exhale along with the recipes and cozy crafting that come with it. It’s a great time to reestablish balance in your life and relationships.

Today marks the autumnal equinox. A day of equal light and dark. It’s a time of gratitude and celebrating your harvest.
