As a keynote speaker, I help organizations lead under pressure.

With over 26 years in fire and emergency response and more than a decade in television and newspapers as a photographer, I bring real-world crisis leadership experience to the stage.

“The best class I have ever taken.” Those were the words a fire chief shared with me after my presentation at the 120th Annual NY Fire Chief's Conference in Syracuse.

Comments like that are humbling because they reinforce the importance of talking about leadership, resilience, and taking care of our people when they need us most.

It was an honor to share the stage with so many dedicated fire service leaders and especially to have retired Jersey City Deputy Chief Butch Cobb in my class. New York State Association of Fire Chiefs (NYSAFC)

Thank you Senator Patrick O'Connor we truly appreciate you and your staff's support!

Our local fire departments here on the South Shore work every day to keep residents safe, respond to emergencies, and protect our communities in times of crisis. Ensuring that firefighters have access to the equipment and resources they need is critical to supporting their mission and maintaining public safety.

I was proud to secure $25,000 for the Duxbury Fire PIO through Amendment #962 in the FY27 budget for the purchase of equipment and resources. This funding will help provide the department with additional tools and support to continue delivering high-quality emergency response services to the Duxbury community.

I am grateful to the firefighters and first responders of the Duxbury Fire Department for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to protecting residents every day.

I’ve been invited to present Crisis Leadership at Fire Rescue International in Kansas City. Looking forward to connecting with fire service leaders from across the country and talking about how we lead in the moments that define us most.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the opportunity to book speaking engagements across New York, New Jersey, and multiple departments and organizations throughout New England extending into April 2027.

It’s clear that leaders are looking for real world strategies to navigate crisis, build trust, and lead under pressure and I’m grateful to be part of those conversations.

If your organization is focused on strengthening leadership, communication, and performance when it matters most, I’d welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Send me a message and let’s start the conversation.

So many organizations are struggling when it comes to public relations. I’ve taught social media strategy at FDIC International, Firehouse Magazine World, Firehouse Expo and to police, sheriff’s offices, dispatch, school departments, and more across the country. More than a decade in the media, combined with fire chief leadership experience = a unique perspective few bring to the table.

The common takeaway: Most organizations have no idea what they don’t know. I teach a framework that can be applied immediately built for real-world leadership and crisis communication.

If you want your team ready before it matters most, reach out. DM me for details.
