Fewer Boston condos sold in August—but prices moved higher. 🏙️
August closed sales fell about 15% month over month, while the average condo sale price increased 5.5% to $1.49M.
At the same time, active inventory dropped from 567 listings on August 1st to 429 on September 1st.
