Coming soon! "You Had To Be There" is a documentary about the legendary 1972 Toronto production of the musical Godspell that launched the careers of entertainment icons Martin Short, Gilda Radner, Eugene Levy, Andrea Martin, Victor Garber, Paul Shaffer, and more.

For those of you in New York, You Had To Be There opens at Film Forum on September 18, and begins rolling out around the country the following week.

After New York, the movie expands to the Laemmle Royal in LA the weekend of September 25, as well as theaters in Santa Barbara, San Diego, Atlanta, and more -- followed by Chicago, Boston, and San Francisco in the weeks after that, with new theaters being added nearly every day.
