This May, youth leaders from across Massachusetts connected at the second Unstoppable Now Conference for a day of joy, inspiration, and action. The focus: turn your past into power.

We were honored to partner with the state’s Homeless Youth Services and Youth Advisory Council to host a powerful gathering. The day featured remarks from Lt. Governor Driscoll, as well as leadership and advocacy sessions led by Abdi Ali and Elvis Alvarado of WordPowered, Matthew Aronson of BAY-CASH, and Liz Geisel, MSW.

And we ended the day with an inspiring panel facilitated by David Tanklefsky from Castle, featuring Christelle Latour, D McMillion, Mari Vazquez, and Mario Chaparro, who spoke about their journeys through recovery and advocacy. Your stories reminded us that change starts with us, and that none of us has to create it alone. 💜

988 saves lives. The New York Times reported on Friday that the su***de rate among young people has declined since the launch of the three-digit number.

For the past three years, Argus has had the privilege of partnering with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline team to raise awareness of 988 and make it easier for people to reach out when they need it. Our work continues today, with important contributions from our friends at Market Street Research.

Seeing this data is a powerful reminder of why this work matters.

Heads up, we have a new Head of Accounts!

Introducing a person who needs no introduction, Dana Anderson, Head of Accounts. A partner to clients, a mentor to young people, and an adventurer to the core, we are thrilled to tap Dana to lead the account team she has helped build. In this role, she’ll use her expertise, curiosity, and humanity to serve our ever-growing, ever more diverse list of clients. Congratulations, Dana, we are lucky to have you!

Our Executive Creative Director Marie led a panel at the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation's Canopy Forestry Forum this March about how your messaging can really connect with people. Which yes, does have a lot to do with forestry. Foresters have important work to do - and the most important science doesn't change anything if people aren't listening.
