In a Wyoming residence, an angular cutout motif unifies various living spaces in a nod to classic Alpine patterning. The branding of Sea Crest Beach Resort’s streetscape included new names, signage, and printed assets for a collection of amenity spaces along the resort’s outdoor boardwalk leading to the sea. Recently recognized by the Hermes Creative Awards for the project’s visual identity, concepts like a coastal sit down restaurant, beachside market, and poolside pizza joint are all newly conceived storefronts along the streetscape that welcome longtime guests and new visitors alike to the Falmouth destination.

The poolhouse of one of Hacin's Cape Cod projects was recently featured in . Meant as a space for entertaining and relaxing, the space was inspired by beach shacks and summer camps. “Our clients liked the idea of living finishes on the plumbing and cabinet hardware, so their friends’ use would be recorded over time, building memories through patina,” said Jennifer Clapp, principal and interior designer. Updated spaces included the lobby, public circulation and restrooms, third floor reception hall, and artists’ green room.
