Loved MEDscience? Looking for a way to get involved in healthcare? Join the Harvard CrimsonEMS CPR Ambassador program! MEDscience Forensics and Clinical alumna Lucia became an ambassador after her time with MEDscience. Here’s what she has to say about her advocacy:
“After being introduced to the CPR Ambassador program during my clinical week at MedScience, I traveled to the State House to advocate for legislation that would establish CPR education as a graduation requirement. At the local level, I collaborated with fellow ambassadors to provide CPR education to students at our school.

I continue to apply the knowledge and advocacy skills I gained through MedScience as a co-leader of my school’s healthcare club. Through this role, I hope to encourage other students to explore healthcare and pursue careers in medicine, just as MedScience inspired me to do.“

After nearly two and a half years at MEDscience, we’re saying goodbye to our incredible Teacher & Equipment Manager, Malcolm! 💜

Malcolm has inspired so many students with his creativity, humor, and ability to make everyone feel welcome. From his cool style and amazing shoes to the fun drawings he left on classroom whiteboards, he has brought so much fun and personality to MEDscience.

We’re going to miss him tremendously, but we couldn’t be more excited to see him follow his dreams! Thank you for everything, Malcolm. 🫶🏻

Emma is the founder of Smart Kids Ghana®, an incredible nonprofit helping young people in Ghana develop critical-thinking, problem-solving, technology, and health-literacy skills. Her experience as a MEDscience teacher helped inspire the vision behind the organization, making it especially meaningful to look back at her time with us and celebrate the amazing work she continues to do.

Emma is also currently studying International Education Policy and Management at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (Harvard GSE)!

We loved welcoming interns from the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute back to MEDscience! 🧬🩺

As a longtime partner, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute continues to provide us with opportunities to connect with incredible students through hands-on, immersive learning. This group stepped onto the HMS campus and put their clinical skills, critical thinking, and teamwork into action like professionals. Even better, we spotted some MEDscience alumni faces in the room!

Thank you to our partners at DFCI and to this amazing group of interns for spending the day with us!

A night we’ll never forget! Huge thank you to John Henry and Linda Henry for giving our team such an incredible night at Fenway. ❤️ So grateful for the memories, the laughs, and the best company - including our friends from the Museum of Science!
