Welcome to Invictus Boston – Boston’s elite CrossFit Strength & Conditioning Performance center, with locations in the Back Bay, the South End, and Fenway. Jacob brings extensive knowledge and a strong coaching background to our community. He holds his CF-L2, has a growing passion for weightlifting, and is currently back in school working toward his paramedic license.
You can officially catch him coaching Weightlifting on Wednesday nights at Columbus.
