Moritz Advisory Group

Consulting on issues of inclusion, fairness, equity, and the growing value of diversity, Methods include assessment, development, coaching, communication skills, workshop design and team-building. That sense is built on honest recognition and ethical use of power and privilege. We sustain such an environment by valuing the many facets of our cultural heritage, a value that translates as a genuine respect for difference and creative variability through all ranks of the organization. MAG encourages sustainable methods to live such a philosophy, and ways to recognize systems of privilege that get in their way. MAG seeks to advance and develop thinking, moral motivation and past diversity and inclusion efforts. The result is a product that the client can own and build upon.
