Working Places

The Working Cities Challenge is a groundbreaking effort to support leaders who are reaching across sectors to ensure that smaller cities in New England are places of opportunity and prosperity for all their residents. The Challenge will provide grants to promising efforts that exemplify and advance cross-sector collaboration and create deep and lasting change in their communities. The competition will be bolstered by networking and training opportunities for participating cities, and will offer important insights about what works that may be scalable to larger metropolitan areas.
