Yolanda Cellucci was an icon. A genuine and beautiful soul who made our community stronger, she was one of a kind ✨
Her fierce spirit and self-expression gave other people the confidence to be themselves, and she used her success to give back and help others.
Yolanda showed Waltham, and the world, what kindness and determination can accomplish. She raised millions for charities and causes she believed in, but no matter how well known she became, she never forgot where she came from, or the people around her. I always respected and admired that about her.
What a loss for Waltham. Thank you, Yolanda, for everything you did to help people. You certainly left your mark.
And yes, the white shirt I am wearing in this picture taken last weekend was Yolanda Celluci approved 🤍

Awesome day visiting the U.S. Volt Hockey Association Camp and seeing my friends who play on the Boston Whiplash Volt Hockey Team year round at UMass Amherst Charles River Campus, formerly Mount Ida!
Over a year ago, I helped the team find a permanent practice location, and they’ve been practicing there every Saturday since! 🏒⚡️🦽
Volt Hockey is a 3-on-3 team sport designed for people with limited upper and lower body mobility. Every Volt Hockey chair is customizable to fit every person’s abilities!
Sports teach us communication, teamwork, commitment, and perseverance. Everyone should have the opportunity to experience this.

People in positions of power should never have the authority to exploit children. Weaponizing trust for sexual exploitation is abuse, not consent.
We closed the age of consent loophole, and the law is now clear: 16 and 17 years olds cannot consent to having a sexual relationship with an adult who is in a position of power or authority.
Thank you to Governor Maura Healey, Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll, Speaker Ron Mariano, State Representative Aaron Michlewitz, Senate President Karen E. Spilka, Senator Joan Lovely, Natalie Higgins, State Representative Hannah Kane State Representative Adam Scanlon for your leadership, Enough Abuse and every survivor and advocate whose partnership and courage made this possible.
I am proud of the progress made, but our fight to strengthen protections and ensure justice for children and survivors continues.
