Making Local Markets
A unique community shopping experience featuring small, local, and handmade businesses!
NEXT EVENTS: 🐶 WAG FEST on September 12th in Mountlake Terrace and Making Local Market on September 19th in Bothell!

A community requires community builders— people who show up when they’re needed. If that’s you, we’d love to see you in Bothell on October 17th to support Crow Fest!
When volunteers step up, community comes to life! Whether you’d like to come before the market to help vendors find their spots, be a mid-day booth sitter, or support load-out duties, we’d love to see you there. There’s even a food voucher in exchange for your support to help sweeten the deal 🤤 (and we’ve got some amazing food vendors coming!)

And even if you can’t volunteer, you can help support Making Local Markets + local small businesses by sharing this post to your stories! Thank you 💕
When you shop at Making Local Markets, you’re not just buying some beautiful jewelry, or some skin-healthy soap, or a delicious drink. You’re investing in OUR local community. You’re saying that supporting small business matters. You’re helping a creator pay their bills and keep creating their magic.
Thank you for always showing up!

SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT!
Some of you may have heard that your market hosts are opening a brick and mortar gift shop, right here in downtown Bothell - !
FOLK is your one-stop-shop for handmade goods, curated gifts, gift wrapping services, and a vinyl record listening room curated by Brad [who makes all the market playlists!]. Nearly all of the gift items at FOLK are from vendors that have been part of the Making Local Markets at one time or another. We'll also have a rotating Artist of the Month and a corresponding monthly event, business workshops, and will be participating in the October 8th Arts Alive Bothell!
Follow and stay tuned for our grand opening - currently aiming for Saturday, October 3rd and visit us (soon!) on the backside of the Logsdon Building, accessible from the parking lots off of NE 183rd St! [Forgive our in progress shots of the shop - it's coming along but not done yet! The incredible mural work is by !]
