In Washington we need to plan for rain as well as sunshine. This pergola adapts to both, with a 3 way rain sensor it will automatically open and close come rain, wind, day and night. The outdoor heaters keep you warm in the cold which gives you use of your space year round.

One of our first projects with Lankford and Associates landscape architecture and one of our favorites. Ediscapes is a design/install company and we offer many services ourselves but we also are a general contractor and sub in contractors for parts of the projects our crew doesn’t specialize in. A big project is a team effort from start to finish. We’ve been working on getting photos of our project that have had time to mature in hopes to give people a vision of what their landscape will look in the future. This is a camano Island project that’s approximately 2 years old.
