Watching our 5th graders grow has been a joy, and now they’re leaving a lasting splash of color behind! 🖌️✨
For this year’s Legacy Project, the Lockwood 5th grade class rolled up their sleeves and painted these stunning planters around campus. Thank you for making our school a more beautiful place to learn!
A big thank you to Lowe’s in Lynnwood and Shermin-Williams in Bothell for donating all of the paint for this project!

In the fall of 2025, the Northshore PTSA provided a grant to pay for ParentEd, a ParentMap virtual Parent Education series featuring a diverse group of speakers and topics related to parenting. Feedback regarding the use of the series will aid us in encouraging the PTSA to continue to help fund this for the 2026-2027 school year for the entire Northshore School District.

Join us, Friday May 29th 2026, 6:30-8:00pm for our Lockwood Multicultural Fair! This much beloved end of the year event sets out to share the amazing perspectives, traditions, and talents of our diverse families and faculty. In the gym, families can watch incredible performances from our students. In the cafeteria, families can partake in food and treats brought by our community, as well as view display tables showcasing information about the heritage of our students.
Many volunteers are needed for this event. We would love to have you join us as a performer, bring food to share, or provide a display. Volunteers are also needed to set up, clean up, and aid our families and community members to find their way through our campus. Please let us know if you can join us!

✨Staff Spotlight: Michelle Geddes! ✨
Now in her 6th year at Lockwood, Michelle is one of our incredible Learning Center teachers. Her favorite part of Lockwood is “the kindness and care that is fostered—staff, parents, and students.” When she’s not supporting learners, she loves watching live music and getting lost in a good book.
We appreciate you, Michelle!
