Fraud and scam tactics are constantly evolving, and so are the ways you can protect yourself.

Each Friday, we're sharing simple tips to help you recognize common scams, protect your personal information, and stay one step ahead of fraudsters.

First up: ☎️ Would you recognize a fake phone call?
A caller says they're from Qualstar and needs to "verify" your account.

What should you do?
✅ Hang up.
✅ Call Qualstar directly.

We'll never call unexpectedly and ask for your account number, online banking password, PIN, debit card number, or verification codes.
