… things got clear enough weather-wise for a whole ton of PNAnw members to get together and have a really fun summer picnic!!
I’m so thankful for each member that is part of this incredible organization that is able to find the time to come out and celebrate one another!!
I know we’ve all got a lot going on nowadays, but I know every person there met someone new, made a connection or two, and more good things will happen every time we do these types of events!
Huge thanks to everyone who was able to show up, bring a fun side dish, and eat like caged animals!
You’re all amazing!

… impressed as heck to see two PNAnw members showcased as 2026 Nominees at the amazing Shoreline Chamber of Commerce!!
not only do our members rock, but so many are active in their communities and deserve the recognition! gratz’ to Kevin Barrett and Doris Taylor RN!!
The Chamber Award acknowledges a Chamber member who leads by example, takes initiative, serves the Shoreline area through action and participation, inspires others to get involved and promotes respectful and supportive communication.
Celebrating the Leaders Who Strengthen Shoreline! Our Chamber is powered by dedicated people who show up, lead with heart, and make our community stronger. This year, the nominees are:
Doris Taylor with MoonShine Wellness: The engine that never stops. Doris has taken on the Communications Chair role with grit and grace—navigating website transitions, balancing motherhood, nursing, her business, and still showing up for the Chamber. Her advocacy for securing paid support was instrumental in helping us hire staff. Doris is a catalyst for change and a voice of reason when we need it most.
Joseph Irons with Irons Brothers Construction: A humble leader who always brings positivity. Joseph helped modernize our Bylaws, re‑activated the Economic Development & Government Affairs Committee, and continues to invest in Shoreline through his company’s Rampathon donations—helping older adults safely stay in their homes. His commitment to collaboration and community-building has shaped Shoreline’s business landscape for more than 25 years.
Kevin Barrett with Success-Minded Leader: As Past President, Kevin has been an invaluable steady force. His mentorship of incoming leaders ensured a smooth transition during a critical period of growth. He also guided the evaluation and rollout of our new website—bringing diligence, insight, and a member‑first mindset to every step. His dedication to the Chamber’s mission continues to make a lasting impact.
We’re grateful for each of these leaders and the energy, care, and commitment they bring to our Chamber and community.
Come to our awards ceremony in partnership with the City of Shoreline for the Community Champion Awards! Only one week away, next Friday August 14th from 5-6pm at City Hall. … the truth has always been this:
PNAnw wouldn’t exist without its INCREDIBLE members who show up each week, support one another, connect, build relationships that last, and refer one another business opportunities.
if you keep missing out on chances to visit a chapter; at some point you’ve got to ask yourself why?
*see you soon*
Today we're celebrating the 15 communities PNAnw has brought to the business world!
They're one of our advertisers in our Magazine and they're typically our biggest referral source! Typically we get 20-80% of our business from the various chapters. I personally love being a guest and visiting around to multiple chapters in a month.
If you're looking for more ways to expand your sales force, definitely check out PNAnw!
The PNAnw.com website goes through which categories are open and you can click through to your preferred city from our Magazine. If you ever want a recommendation, please ask.

… I am very excited about this summer’s annual PNANW picnic!
After a four year hiatus, we are returning to our previous location at the Cedar Grove Park in Bothell, as it has better amenities, including more parking, closer location, and plenty of space for us to take over and enjoy and celebrating each other, while dining on burgers, hotdog, and whatever BYODish each member brings!!
… just a quick video showcasing our triumphant return to the Cedar Grove Park in Bothell for our annual PNANW picnic!
