This Employee Recognition goes to Al Sizemore and Dan Fyvie from our Flint, MI team.

When severe weather shut down operations, Al and Dan still found a way to make a difference. While traveling through Ohio, they witnessed a tractor-trailer blown off the road by powerful winds. Without hesitation, they stopped to help.

Dan, a firefighter, and Al climbed onto the overturned truck and safely assisted the elderly driver out of the cab. They then brought him into the warmth and safety of their Cascade truck until emergency responders arrived.

We’re proud to recognize Al and Dan for their quick thinking, teamwork, and willingness to help when it mattered most.

When the team encountered a mis-marked water main, they worked together to safely relocate it without damage and keep the project on track while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
