Maria - Boco Residential

I leverage a unique mix of friendliness, detail-orientation, an eye for design, strategic planning, and a pit bull work mentality to create successful & memorable experiences for my clients! In addition to my professional pursuits, I am involved in the local Boulder community through many forms of athletics. I have raised my two boys in beautiful Boulder, CO, both attending Boulder Valley School District schools. When I am not selling real estate, I can be found teaching group fitness classes and being involved in the local cycling, pickle ball, and yoga communities. I am an eternal health nut and avid outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy hiking and snowboarding in the mountains, especially Vail. I support the Humane Society and The National MS Society, participating in a yearly fundraising bike ride with friends and loved ones. I enjoy contributing to our local communities wherever I can! Expertise: Real Estate Best Practices, Transaction Management, Property Management, Lease Consulting, Systems, Event Planning, Staging & Marketing. Please contact me to set up a time to discuss Real Estate. It would be my pleasure to meet with you and create a game plan to sell your home for the highest price possible or buy the dream home you have been waiting for!
