Meet Michelle and Camryn, best friends and roommates who ran home to Tri Delta together on bid day this year!!

“When I was deciding between colleges, I wasn’t completely sure where I wanted to end up, but once I found Boulder, I completely fell in love with it. One of the best parts was finding out that Camryn had fallen in love with Boulder too, and that we would get to experience college together. Camryn was actually the one who encouraged me to do recruitment, and I’m so glad she did because it brought us even closer while also giving us the opportunity to meet so many new people. From the first time I walked into Tri Delta, I instantly felt like I had found a place where I belonged. Finding out that Camryn got Tri Delta too and getting to run home together was such a surreal experience. Growing up with two brothers, I’ve always wanted sisters, and in so many ways, Camryn has always felt like the sister I never had. Getting to experience this new chapter with her and now have an entire sisterhood around us makes it even more special. I truly wouldn’t have wanted to experience this any other way, and I’m so grateful that we get to call Tri Delta home together.” xo, Michelle

“When I first toured CU Boulder, I immediately fell in love, and I knew this was where I wanted to be. I never could have imagined that my best friend from home would have a similar experience. Not only did we both fall in love with Boulder, but we also found ourselves feeling the same way about Tri Delta. When I decided to go through recruitment this year, I was looking for genuine friendships and girls I could love and cherish like sisters, and that’s exactly what I found. The second I walked through the doors at Tri Delta, I had a feeling that this was my home away from home, and I couldn’t have been more excited! When Michelle and I opened our bids and ran home to Tri Delta together, I knew we had found our forever home. Going through this experience together brought us even closer, and I am so grateful that we got to share such a special moment and become part of this incredible sisterhood.” xo, Camryn
