An entryway does more than mark the front door. It creates a transition between public and private, establishes a sense of scale, and offers the first introduction to the materials and character of a home.
From sheltered porches and framed courtyards to warm wood, stone, glass, and carefully integrated landscaping, these residential entries each create their own sense of arrival.

Move-in day at HUB 28th St! 🎉
Students officially moved in on August 17, bringing new energy to this recently completed 96-unit student housing community in Boulder.
Designed by Sopher Sparn Architects for CORE Spaces, HUB 28th St brings together student living, shared amenity spaces, and a strong connection to the surrounding Boulder community. It’s exciting to see the project come to life and students making it their home.

FIRST FRIDAY IN RiNo
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our Denver studio for First Friday in RiNo. It was a great evening connecting with neighbors, clients, friends, and fellow design enthusiasts while sharing some of the work our team has been creating.
From conversations about current projects to meeting new faces, we enjoyed opening our doors and being part of the creative energy that makes the RiNo Art District so special.

Friendly competition. Great teammates. Even better memories. 🏓
Last Friday, the Sopher Sparn team traded drawings for paddles at our first-ever Pickleball Tournament at Chicken N Pickle.
There were plenty of competitive rallies, a few surprise upsets, lots of laughs, and some well-earned medals. More importantly, it was a chance to step away from the office, spend time together, and celebrate the people who make our team what it is.
Congratulations to our tournament champions, and thank you to everyone who joined us and made our first pickleball tournament such a fun success.
