19th 5K and another PR!

34:41 today, and somehow this has become a thing. Over the past five months, I’ve had 7 PRs, slowly cutting down my 5K time one race and one run at a time.

Feeling stronger, running faster, and genuinely enjoying seeing what I can do next. Maybe, just maybe, I’ll be able to run with Evan someday….To be clear, that day is NOT in the near future. He’d still leave me in the dust.

For now, I’ll keep chasing my own PR.
