Need to pass someone?
Give an audible signal (like ringing a bell) so the person ahead knows you're coming, then pass on the left when it's safe to do so.

A little awareness goes a long way toward making Boulder's paths more comfortable for everyone.

🚲 BCYCLE E-BIKE SHARE HAS ARRIVED IN SUPERIOR!

Superior now has a new way to get around — 20 Class 1 e-bikes and 38 docks at stations throughout town.

Use the BCycle app to find a bike, unlock it, and ride. You can also return the bike to any BCycle station in the regional network.

A great new option for getting around Superior and connecting to communities throughout the region.

Key Locations in Superior are:
📍Founders Park: Docking station available for pickup and drop-off.
📍Community Park: Docking station available for local recreation and transit access.
📍Superior Civic Space: Central location for municipal and community trips.
📍Superior Commons Park: Convenient connection point for neighborhood travel

🚲 THE BUFFALO BICYCLE CLASSIC IS THIS SUNDAY!

The Elevations Credit Union Buffalo Bicycle Classic rolls into Boulder on Sunday, September 13, with nine ride options for cyclists of different abilities — including the family-friendly 10-mile Little Buff.

And for riders on the Epic courses, there's a pretty special perk: Boulder Canyon will be closed to westbound vehicle traffic from 7–9 AM, giving riders a rare chance to enjoy the canyon without cars.

The Buffalo Bicycle Classic also supports scholarships for Colorado students attending CU Boulder. Since 2003, the event has raised more than $4.3 million and supported more than 450 scholars.

Confused about where you're supposed to ride? You're not alone.

Street? Bike lane? Sidewalk? Multi-use path?

Where you can ride depends on what you're riding and where you are.

🚲 For example: If you're riding a bicycle, you may be able to use the street, bike lane, multi-use path, or sidewalk—but there are exceptions and designated dismount areas to be aware of.

Boulder's Way of the Path provides guidance to help you understand where bikes and other devices can go—and how to share our paths with other people.
