Did you know that Il Pastaio means "the Pasta Maker" in Italian? Yes! We make all our fresh pastas here, including gnocchi, and we even make a nice gluten-free variety that you can take home in bulk! Boulder Eats! Food Traditions Along the Front Range is coming to a close on JULY 26, 2026!

We were so proud to be a part of the exhibit. It was a true honor to be included among such pillars of our town's gastronomic history.

If you haven't seen the exhibit: Boulder Eats! focuses on food traditions along the Front Range, with a special emphasis on our community’s restaurants, farms, and kitchens. Over 300 objects from the Museum’s historic collection featuring kitchens, health food businesses, orchards, schools and restaurants will be on view. Programs including cooking classes, demonstrations, nutrition workshops and more will also be available to our visitors making this a can’t miss experience.

Happy Monday! Yes, a happy Monday delivers good news: we have our outdoor seating back! Two great tables that can accommodate patrons who need lower seating as well as on occasion our beloved pet companions. You can make reservations for our outdoor seating.
