We’ve become incredibly good at managing symptoms.

Something hurts, so we try to make it hurt less. We’re tired, so we search for more energy. We’re stressed, so we look for ways to calm down.

Sometimes those things are useful. Yet there’s a much bigger conversation available.

Health isn’t simply having less pain, less stress, or fewer symptoms. Health is having more capacity for life.

More adaptability. More resilience. More energy. More coherence. More ability to experience stress and reorganize rather than remaining stuck in the same patterns.

Sometimes the answer isn’t more effort or more willpower. The body may need less interference and greater capacity to express the intelligence already within it.

That’s the leap from simply managing what you don’t want toward optimizing what you do want.

Swipe through the carousel and sit with this question:

Are you managing your health—or expanding your capacity for life?

What should I talk about at MILE HIGH?

So much to be grateful for today, and so incredibly proud of this woman. ❤️

Seeing this picture of Richelle Laurich Knowles on stage at Life Chiropractic College West WAVE 🌊 brought me back to when we were both chiropractic students.

I remember introducing her before a presentation at Sherman College Lyceum and talking about her passion. Even then, it was impossible to miss. Passion for Chiropractic, for people, for serving, and for making a difference.

Nearly three decades of sharing life and a professional journey together gives you the opportunity to really know someone. You build a family, raise kids, build practices and businesses, travel, teach, serve, succeed, stumble, learn, and keep figuring out what matters together.

What I’ve learned about Richelle is really what I sensed when I first met her.

She’s a phenomenal woman.

Her passion hasn’t diminished. It’s grown deeper. Her love for our family, Chiropractic, the people she takes care of, and the doctors and students she teaches continues to amaze me.

Today she carries pieces of Sherman College, Lifetime Wellness Practice ,Network Wellness Center📍Boulder, CO Mile High Chiro Movement , NetworkSpinal® , and EpiEnergetics onto that stage, and I’m proud of all of that.

Mostly, though, she represents herself.

The woman she is when nobody is watching. The wife and mother our family gets to experience. The doctor who deeply cares. The teacher who helps others see more possibility. The extraordinary heart behind all of it. ♥️

That’s who I’m proud of today.

Thank you, Peter Kevorkian , for everything you’ve given to Life West and for inviting Richelle to share at WAVE.

And Richelle, I’m still incredibly grateful to be beside that phenomenal woman I saw all those years ago.

Actually… even more so. ❤️

While a single spinal adjustment can feel incredible, real transformation comes from sticking with a consistent care plan over time.

One appointment builds momentum, but a steady routine of healthy decisions is what ultimately creates long-term health improvements. Real progress doesn't happen overnight, it is built step by step over time.

Things don't always happen in the order we plan, and that's okay.

Your body is naturally designed to heal and repair itself when given the right support. True wellness doesn't come from quick fixes or covering up symptoms, it starts from the inside out by restoring proper communication through your nervous system.

By prioritizing your internal health today, you give your body the foundation it needs to thrive.
