Join us Thursday, October 15, as David Michael Robinson and Jessica Curtis lead us in worship and we come together to seek God, pray for our nation, and prepare our hearts for everything He wants to do throughout the convention.

This isn’t just the opening service—it’s a time to get in the presence of God, worship Him together, and begin these three days with our hearts focused on Him. 🤍

Matthew Curtis will be leading us throughout the Believer’s Inheritance Convention, ministering the Word and teaching on our inheritance in Christ—who we are in Him, what belongs to us, and how to lay hold of it.

God is bigger than our parenting mistakes.

Maybe there are things you missed. Things you wish you would have done differently. Things you know now that you didn’t know then.

But God is not limited by what you got wrong.

The enemy would love to keep you looking backward—rehearsing your mistakes, grieving what could have been, and believing you somehow ruined something God can’t redeem.

But Isaiah 53:4 says, “Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows.”

Even the grief connected to regret can be given to Jesus.

We can trust what He did and let Him carry what we were never meant to keep carrying.

That doesn’t mean we ignore our mistakes.

We repent where we need to repent. We apologize where we need to apologize.

Then we receive the grace of God and move forward in faith.

Paul says in Philippians 3:13 that he forgets what is behind and reaches forward to what is ahead.

Because as long as we keep holding onto regret, we stay grieving the past instead of moving forward with what God wants to do now.

Your children are not too old.
They are not too far away.
They are not too far gone.
And your parenting mistakes are not bigger than God.

You may not be able to go back and change yesterday, but you can pray today. You can love them today. You can have the conversation today.

And you can trust God to move in their lives no matter their age or where they are right now.

Give Him the regret. Trust Him with your children. He can make up the difference.🤍

Rejoicing in Heaven won’t require the same sacrifice of faith that it does here. So here—now—is when it means the most.

“But without faith it is impossible to please him…”
—Hebrews 11:6, KJV

When circumstances are pressing against you—trying to discourage, depress, or overwhelm you—rejoicing in faith is a powerful response.

It takes faith to praise when you don’t feel like it.
It takes faith to rejoice in the middle of the challenge.

And that kind of faith is well-pleasing to the Father. 🙌🏽🔥

Don’t wait until everything changes to rejoice.
That wouldn’t be trusting Him.

Rejoice because you believe in His love for you.
Rejoice because you love Him and know that He’s got you.
Rejoice because you trust Him and believe that He’s taking you all the way through.

We’ve been praying and preparing for these meetings, and we’re expecting a powerful time together in the presence of God and His Word.

A night of seeking God together and praying for our nation and the convention.

❤️‍🩹 FRIDAY MORNING — HEALING SERVICE
Jesus is still the Healer! If you need healing in your body or you’re believing God for a miracle, come expecting.

🔥 FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT — THEMED MESSAGES
We’ll be ministering on our inheritance in Christ—who we are in Him, what belongs to us, and how to lay hold of it.

💍 SATURDAY MORNING — MARRIAGE & FAMILY
Matthew and Jessica Curtis will minister together on God’s plan for marriage and family.

👧 CompleteKids special Children’s services will be available during all three evening services!

When we hear a message about lukewarmness, our first response shouldn’t be to explain why it doesn’t apply to us.

It should be:

“Lord, show me where I’ve become lukewarm and what’s cooling my fervency for You.”

Not excuses.
Not redefining “lukewarm.”
Not defending compromise.

Isn’t the point of following Jesus to see how close we can walk with Him—not how far we can live from Him and still be “okay”?

Why are we asking:

“How little can I do?”
“How much can I watch?”
“How much can I indulge?”
“How far can I compromise?”

Instead, shouldn’t we ask:

“Jesus, how much more can I surrender? How much more can I pursue You? How much closer can I walk with You?”

Jesus said:

“I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot…”
—Revelation 3:15 KJV

The Greek word for lukewarm is chliaros—tepid, lukewarm. Thayer’s describes it metaphorically as a soul fluctuating between torpor and a fervour of love.

Torpor: spiritual sluggishness, dullness, inactivity.

Fervour:
🔥 ZEAL
🔥 PASSION
🔥 FERVENCY
🔥 A HEART ON FIRE FOR JESUS

Jesus continued:

“Because thou art lukewarm… I will spue thee out of my mouth.”
—Revelation 3:16 KJV

That should make us examine our hearts.

But then He says:

“As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.”
—Revelation 3:19 KJV

His correction is love.

If you’ve grown cold, come back.
If you’ve become comfortable, stir yourself up.
If compromise has crept in, repent and move forward.

Don’t settle for lukewarm.
Pursue Him. Get hungry for Him. Get on fire for Him. 🔥

Stop asking, “How much can I get away with?”

Ask: “Jesus, how close can I walk with You?” ❤️

Sometimes you just need to be refreshed. 🤍

Life pulls on us. Work, family, responsibilities, schedules, decisions—there is always something needing our attention. And before we realize it, we can be pouring out more than we’re filling back up.

That’s why times like this matter.

There’s something powerful about setting everything else aside for a few hours and simply worshiping Jesus. Being in His presence. Getting our attention back on Him. Allowing His Word and His presence to refresh us and fill us again.

Because when we’re full, the things of life don’t wear us down so easily.

That’s what Worship Night at The Pavilion is about. A night to come together, worship Jesus, and leave refreshed and strengthened for everything waiting for us when we go home.

Being lukewarm is a dangerous place to be.

You’ve tasted the truth, but you’re still trying to hold onto the world.

It’s not about seeing how FAR we can get from God. It’s about how CLOSE!

Lukewarm sounds like some of these:
You check the church box on Sunday, but live however you want Monday–Saturday.
You pray mostly when you need something.
You open your Bible when you “need a verse,” but not because you’re hungry for God.
You treat faith like a security policy instead of a relationship.

With one foot in the world and one foot with God—it’s was exhausting. Trying to manage everything in my your strength while calling it faith.

Jesus said:

“Because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.” — Revelation 3:16 KJV

That should wake us up.

And Scripture says that knowing the truth and then continuing to return to the world can leave us in a worse condition than before. (2 Peter 2:20–22)

This isn’t a message of condemnation. It’s a wake-up call.

God is patient.
God is merciful.
God is waiting for your return.

But tomorrow isn’t promised.

Stir up your hunger for God.
Get back in His Word.
Talk to Him—not just when you need something, but because you want Him.
Let the Word change you.
Stop trying to live the Christian life in your own strength.

“Never lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord.” — Romans 12:11

And 2 Timothy 1:6 tells us to “stir up the gift of God.”

You may not feel on fire right now. Start anyway.

One verse if a chapter feels too much.
One minute of prayer.
One surrendered decision.

Start somewhere.

Let your hunger grow.

Don’t settle for lukewarm. Get on fire for God. 🔥
