Renewal season is upon us, and this is your friendly reminder: if your CCM® certification is due for renewal this November, now is the time to start working on your continuing education.

Renewal Application Dates:
September 1 through November 30, 2026

For certification renewal, Certified Case Managers are required to complete:

80 CE hours
8 ethics CE hours
CEs completed within the current five-year certification cycle and by the certification’s “valid through” date
