The Butchery

The Butchery Quality Meats is a store dedicated to having the highest quality meat available. All of our products are Natural. No hormones, no steroids, no GMO's. Our meat is also Grass-Fed:Grain Finished. But we do also carry 100% Grass-Fed beef upon request. In terms of beef grades, we carry top of Choice, Prime, and also Wagyu. Exotic meats are also carried; duck, venison, veal, alligator, kangaroo, boar, and buffalo. We tumble our meats in house, most of our marinades being gluten free. Our skilled butchers also cut-to-order to any specifications. We also have a wide variety of artisan cheeses and cured meats such as prosciutto's and salami. Our staff is also able to create cheese plates, any way you want, completely custom. Come in for lunch too! Our sandwich menu is filled with our Boars Head deli meats (Boars Head also is Nitrate-Free). At The Butchery, you'll find that our friendly staff is able to accommodate any of your needs.
