We are unpacking and preparing to return to work and school tomorrow. We miss all of you and look forward to seeing you tomorrow, Wednesday, from 10-6!

My amazing team is running the store this weekend so that you can get your pasties, gifts, skincare and snacks!

Hey everyone! We will have reduced hours over the next week as we travel for a family wedding. We are open today (Tuesday) 10-6. Then we will be closed Wed-Friday. We will be open regular hours Saturday and Sunday and then will return next week regular hours. We still have themed merchandise from this past weekend in limited quantities if you are looking and didn’t make it in during Destination Starz Hollow

I just want to post a huge thank you to everyone who braved the crowds and took the time to support Brighton’s downtown businesses during Destination Starz Hollow. It was our third year as Sookie’s Pantry and our first on Main Street. Each day, we had a perpetual line that lasted from open to close.

Our sales over three days equaled two months of non-holiday sales. The opportunity to see the camaraderie and enthusiasm from the crowd as they (we) bonded over a shared love of a cult classic television show, however, is why we at McClements Farm Country Store continue to support this incredible, immersive fan festival each year.

Because of the vision and hard work of two women in 2024 and the small group of us who really leaned into our given identities from the show, we were able to accomplish a culturally-significant event that surpassed the expectations of everyone involved. Two years later, I was able to look out the large glass windows of our new store and see the lines of excited fans waiting to see Sookie’s Pantry. It is still surreal in 2026 and it is still significant.

Large, successful festivals have many moving parts and behind-the-scenes decisions that most of us never see. Thank you to Anne and Kathleen, all the volunteers, my neighbor business owners, all the employees, and especially the fans for another highly successful year. May Brighton continue to showcase the charm of small town life to Destination Starz Hollow festival attendees for years to come!

We were so busy last night that I didn’t take nearly enough photos, but it was such a fun night! Thank you to all the VIP folks who came to celebrate this weekend with us. We are restocking the shelves, loading up on lots of coffee, and preparing for another wonderful day in Brighton’s Destination Starz Hollow . Keep in mind that all of our Sookie sweatshirts (sizes Small - 2XL) and Peach Sauce jars are out on the floor and once they are sold we will not have any to restock this weekend. Plan to come early to snag yours!

It smells SO good in here. Double Chocolate Muffin Tops won the poll, and so we will have those available in store this weekend until we sell out! We will also have a limited supply of Rocky Road Cookies. Which one are you excited to try?

We just love Destination Starz Hollow weekend, but we have a lot to do before we open for VIP night on Friday! This week we will be closed on Thursday and during the day on Friday to complete the last minute transformation of . If you need anything during that time, we will be in store and reachable by phone. We are just so excited to see everyone again in our new, larger space!
