We're hiring a Service Technician in Whitmore Lake! 🛠️
This role keeps our communities running. You will handle move-in prep, service requests, and routine maintenance across our properties.
We are looking for someone reliable, hands on, and easy to work with. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge preferred but not required. High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license required. This position is full time with rotating on call coverage. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package.
