Our Senior VP of School Performance & Operations and our Chief Human Resource Officer are both in attendance at this year's Global Leadership Summit! At the same time, our staff is tuning in to the live feed from the atrium at our home office. Two days of learning, developing, and growing together so we can bring our best to our network!

Thanks to NexTech High School Grand Rapids for hosting our Leaders Academy Kickoff this year! We enjoyed two days of learning, sharing, and preparing for an exciting 2026-27 school year.

Last Wednesday, our CS Partners team came together for our quarterly summer all-staff meeting, and it was exactly what summer should be: a chance to reflect, reconnect, and recharge.

We looked back on an incredible year, celebrated the milestones we've achieved together, recognized team members celebrating work anniversaries, and aligned around our updated 1, 3, and 5-year goals. We also made time to simply enjoy being together, including a little friendly competition on the pickleball courts!

Now, we're looking ahead with excitement as we kick off Leaders Academy tomorrow morning. Here's to another year of learning, leading, and making an impact. 💙💚

Our high school girls had an amazing two-day camp with Sabrina Mertes—former DII All-American Middle Hitter from Grand Valley State University! What a great way to prepare for the upcoming season.
