When Charlotte entered our fellowship in February of 2018, she had never organized before. She went on to organize with her staff union, as the Federal Workers constituency lead with Free DC, and even got funding to build a new organization organizing everyday Americans against tech oligarchies. She’s also an active member of the Federal Unionist Network (and a busy parent of two).

Charlotte is proof that you can learn organizing and put those learnings to work.
