Which would you choose for your home? (I have my opinions)

A. Single Master sink but spacious two person shower and spacious Laundry with side-by-side washer and dryer?

B. Double Master sink, more privacy at the toilet, spacious but smaller shower, smaller Laundry with stackable washer and dryer?

Activation of a commercial space isn't just inside. It is outside, horizontal, vertical, overhead, below, and all tied together.

Does it need to be set up each day before you open, need to be tied down, or secured?

Does it stop folks in their tracks, become additional seating, create a photo op, become the destination, or does it direct them to your door?

Not everyplace can be as activated as a splash pad in the afternoon heat, but even the best most designed and built out spaces in the most populous towns sit vacant some days.
It makes me imagine how to make the best even better!
I have ideas... What are some of yours?
