Babies deserve the Best Gifts. Hooded towels and bandana bibs are a must. But when the theme is woodland animals, I answered with flair! Bear & fox print flannel make cute, hooded towels and bandana bibs. And for extra cuteness, I made a gift bag in the woodland animal theme. Welcome, Baby!

Our favorite waitress at Cotton Patch diner is expecting a baby boy in August. How exciting! The baby's room theme is "We can Bearly wait!" I simply had to make her a teddy bear quilt. I added chambray borders to make it a more usable size. It's trimmed with a red and white print binding. I took extra time and quilted around the pictures in the middle of the scene. This is ready for that first baby boy snuggle!

Happy Flag Day from Little Miss Patriotic! She sports a fun combination of stars and stripes bodice and navy-blue skirt. A sparkly sequined over skirt in red adds that dazzling touch of fireworks flash. Her petticoat is trimmed with red pearls-by-the-yard, finishing the lower layer with a bang. Her auburn hair is adorned with a large red bow accented with blue and white ribbon and star garland.

Another Bridal Peignoir created from Mother of the Bride's dress. Being extremely small, there wasn't enough fabric to make a new garment. So, we agreed using the lace from her dress on a newly constructed peignoir would provide that meaningful touch. In addition to the Bridal Peignoir, she wanted two hankies with special embroidery. Bride-to-Be had happy tears when she saw the lace from her mom's dress on her peignoir.

Every baby needs a cute quilt. I thrifted the alphabet panel and added colored blocks of fabric left over from other quilting projects. This is a useful size, measuring 38" by 50". It has colorful pictures, letters, animals and numbers. What more could one desire in cuteness?

This cutie was made from the same wedding dress I made the recent Bridal kimono. I've been wanting to make a bear from a wedding dress, and I finally got the chance! How cute is she? Super cute! She's 13 inches tall and has moveable limbs. The ruffle around her neck is the Bride's garter, complete with dark green ribbon and a vintage Mother of Pearl button.
