Learning to get more out of every exercise: slowing reps down and standardizing technique. The more consistent my form, the easier it is to track true progressive overload.

Took a trip to W.O.L.F. Gyms Houston to try out some Gymleco Gym Equipment equipment. I was super impressed by both the hack squat and hip press. The hack squat is super simple but easily the smoothest // heaviest hack squat I have used. It feels very comparable to the Cybex hack squat but smoother, only downside is there is no way to band the machine. The hip press was also fantastic // really easy on the knees and heavier than most competitors which was nice to not have to load as many plates. Definitely a really cool gym with many other good machines that I didn’t video today.
