🚽 Maintenance Monday: Toilet Tips!

Keep your toilet happy and your pipes clear! 🛠️

🚫 DO NOT FLUSH WIPES! Even wipes labeled “flushable” can cause clogs and backups. Trash them instead!
🧻 Only flush toilet paper and human waste.
🧴 Never flush paper towels, feminine products, cotton swabs, or other trash.
💧 If your toilet is running constantly or flushing slowly, report it to Maintenance before it becomes a bigger problem!

✨ Remember: When in doubt, throw it out!

It’s October 3rd, so you know what that means… 💗

It’s Mean Girls Day! And while we may not be able to sit at the Plastics’ table, we definitely have a table for you at Silverado Crossing. 😉

🔧 Maintenance Tip Monday: Keep Those Drains Happy! 🚿

A clogged sink is never a fun surprise! Help keep your drains flowing by keeping these items out:

🚫 Grease & cooking oil
🚫 Coffee grounds
🚫 Food scraps
🚫 Paper towels & wipes
🚫 Hair
🚫 Harsh chemicals

Even small amounts can build up over time and lead to stubborn clogs. When in doubt, throw it out! 🗑️

And remember, if you notice a slow or clogged drain, submit a maintenance request before it becomes a bigger problem. 💙

A little prevention goes a long way! 🛠️

🍂✨ HAPPY FIRST DAY OF FALL! ✨🍂

🔥 Cozy up by the fire pit
♨️ Relax in the hot tub
🍁 And soak up every bit of fall we can get!

It may not feel like fall outside just yet, but we’re bringing the cozy vibes anyway. 🤎🍂
