Mokon's Iceman LT Series portable chillers deliver reliable, high-performance process cooling for demanding low temperature applications. Available in both air-cooled and water-cooled configurations, the Iceman LT Series provides precise temperature control from -23 to +20°F (-31 to -7°C) in single or dual circuit configuration and cooling capacities up to 20 Tons, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of industrial processes.
Recently, Mokon shipped a custom 7.5 Ton water-cooled low temperature chiller to a food manufacturing customer in California for a heat exchanger application. Engineered to meet the customer's specific process requirements, the system features an advanced digital communication package with Ethernet/IP connectivity. Key capabilities include remote start/stop, pump status monitoring, set point adjustment, and temperature retransmission for enhanced process visibility and control.
Designed for efficiency, reliability, and continuous operation, the Iceman LT Series is well suited for cooling heat exchangers, jacketed vessels, reactors, laboratory equipment, sanitary processes, and other industrial applications where consistent low temperature performance is critical. Explore Mokon’s Xchange-Therm Systems for Industrial Process Applications
Mokon’s Xchange-Therm product line delivers high-performance temperature control solutions engineered for demanding industrial applications, including converting, food processing, medical, pharmaceutical, printing, semiconductor manufacturing, and more. These versatile systems are designed to operate seamlessly in line with a hot water or steam boiler, as well as supplied chilled fluid sources.
The featured water temperature control system was recently delivered to a beverage bottling manufacturer. This Xchange-Therm unit offers capacities up to 120 GPM at pressures up to 70 PSI and includes a 10 HP motor designed for VFD operation. The system also features a closed-loop design with a 2.1 gallon vented stainless steel expansion tank, all stainless steel wetted components, cooling via heat exchanger, and a pump VFD with convenient manual dial control mounted on the front panel.
