Buffalo Boat Rentals offers rentals of Stand-Up Paddleboards, Kayaks, Pontoon Boats, and pleasure Bikes.
We also offer a small concession stand with water, pop, ice cream and candy. Cancellation Policy for all Boat Rentals:
Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation for a refund to be made. The City of Buffalo is not responsible for weather, and it is up to you and your crew to watch the weather and decide if you are going to cancel your reservation. THERE

We're open 7 days a week all the way through Labor Day, so there's plenty of time to get out on the water and make the most of the season.

City of Buffalo Boat Rentals will be opening Saturday, May 23 - 25, 2026 and May 30 & 31, 2026 with seasonal hours and will open for the summer operational season starting Saturday, June 6, 2026.
Currently, we are taking reservations for the 2026 boating season through our on-line reservations system https://www.rec.us/organizations/city-of-buffalo?tab=locations
Boat rental hours for summer will be 7 Days a Week from 10:30 am to 8:00 pm.
