👑 Princess Braid Club Membership Policies
• Membership is available for children ages 10 & under.
• Membership includes 2 braid/style appointments per month, wash & scalp care, basic detangling, growth tracking, healthy trims when needed, and one complimentary Princess Braid Club T-shirt (new members only; size & color must be provided before production).
• Appointments must be used within the same calendar month and do not roll over. Missed or unused appointments are forfeited.
• Members receive priority booking, but appointments are subject to availability. Please schedule in advance.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows count as one monthly appointment.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a modified service.
• Basic detangling is included. Excessive matting or detangling requiring additional time will incur a $40 detangling fee.
• Specialty styles, added braiding hair, beads, bows, charms, and other add-ons are not included and may be available for an additional charge.
• For the health and safety of all clients, hair must be free of lice and contagious scalp conditions. If lice or nits are found during the appointment, the service will end immediately, the appointment will be forfeited, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
• Membership fees are billed monthly, are non-refundable, and Amanda Marie Color Studio reserves the right to update membership policies at any time.
