Progress update from our Sylvan Lake build in Rogers!

Things are really starting to take shape! Outside, landscaping is underway and the pool and pool house are coming together, while inside, cabinetry installation is in progress.

The finishing touches will start happening quickly from here, and we can’t wait to share another update in a month or so!

This Orono home turned out beautifully, with the perfect balance of color, soft neutrals, and warm wood tones throughout. Set on a peaceful wooded lot, the home offers plenty of privacy, and we have a feeling the screened porch with its stone fireplace will be a favorite spot to enjoy a cup of coffee as the weather cools down.

Yesterday, our clients got to take a deep dive into their floor plan- literally walking through their future lakehome at full scale!

Sometimes the best feature of a home is simply having a place where everyone wants to be.

We’re seeing more families incorporate sport courts, golf simulators, home gyms and dedicated entertaining spaces into their home design and we love finding creative ways to make those spaces feel like a natural extension of the home.

This JPC indoor sport court was completed this summer and designed for a whole lot more than basketball. With room to play, work out, gather with friends and keep everyone entertained year-round.
