✨ BEHIND THE SCENES: Bringing the Magic to Life! ✨
Ever wonder what goes into creating one of our signature custom arch backdrops? Today, we’re taking you behind the curtains at Queendom Event Planning to show you the hustle behind the beauty!
From the initial sketch and color palette selection to inflating, framing, and layering—every single balloon arch we build is a labor of love.
Here is a sneak peek at our exact process:
💻 1. Digital Design: We start by creating a custom design template to map out the look and scale.
✂️ 2. Precision Cutting: Next, we cut out the high-quality vinyl or fabric materials for your custom graphics.
📐3. Transferring & Pressing: We carefully transfer the cut designs onto the blank canvas backdrop and heat press them for a seamless, premium finish.
👁️‍🗨️ 4. The Demo Build: We assemble everything first to see the full vision come to life and snap reference photos.
📦 5. The Breakdown: Once perfected, we carefully break down the entire setup to protect it during transport.
🚚 6. Big Day Ex*****on: On the day of your event, we use our saved demo images to perfectly reconstruct the masterpiece on-site!
It takes time, precision, and a lot of dedication, but seeing your faces when you walk into the room makes every single step worth it!
